റാഫേല്‍ ഇടപാടിനെച്ചൊല്ലി ലോക്‌സഭയില്‍ പ്രതിപക്ഷം ആരോപണങ്ങളുന്നയിക്കുന്ന വേളയില്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി വിഷയത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞ കള്ളങ്ങള്‍ എണ്ണിയെണ്ണി വെളിപ്പെടുത്തി ബി.ജെ.പി രംഗത്ത്. ഏറ്റവും പുതിയതായി ‘ഹിന്ദു’ ദിനപത്രം പുറത്ത് വിട്ട ഒരു വ്യാജ വാര്‍ത്തയായിരുന്നു രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി ഉയര്‍ത്തിപ്പിടിച്ചത്. ഫ്രാന്‍സുമായി റാഫേല്‍ കരാറിനെപ്പറ്റി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ചട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ലംഘിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തിയെന്നായിരുന്നു ആരോപണം. എന്നാല്‍ പിന്നീട് ഇത് വ്യാജ വാര്‍ത്തയാണെന്ന് തെളിഞ്ഞു.
റാഫേല്‍ വിഷയത്തില്‍ കള്ളങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പിറകെ കള്ളങ്ങളായാണ് രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി രംഗത്ത് വരുന്നതെന്ന് ബി.ജെ.പി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
റിലയന്‍സിന്റെ പ്രതിരോധ കമ്പനി റാഫേല്‍ ഇടപാടില്‍ ഓഫ്‌സെറ്റ് പങ്കാളിയായി വന്നത് കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നിയമങ്ങള്‍ ലംഘിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ദസോ കമ്പനിയുമായി ചര്‍ച്ച നടത്തിയതുകൊണ്ടാണെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞതാണ് ആദ്യ കള്ളമായി ബി.ജെ.പി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിക്കുന്നത്. രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധിയുടെ ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അടിസ്ഥാനമില്ലെന്നും ഓഫ്‌സെറ്റ് പങ്കാളിയെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന കാര്യത്തില്‍ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന് യാതൊരു പങ്കുമുണ്ടായില്ലെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതിയും ദസോ സി.ഇ.ഒയും വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ബി.ജെ.പി പറഞ്ഞു.

കരാറില്‍ ക്രമക്കേടുണ്ടെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി കണ്ടെത്തിയെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി പറഞ്ഞതാണ് രണ്ടാമത്തെ കള്ളമായി ബി.ജെ.പി കാണിക്കുന്നത്. വിഷയത്തെപ്പറ്റി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയില്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് നല്‍കിയ ഹര്‍ജി സുപ്രീം കോടതി തള്ളിയിരുന്നു.

റാഫേല്‍ ഇടപാടില്‍ എതിര്‍പ്പ് പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ച ഒരു മുതിര്‍ന്ന പ്രതിരോധ വകുപ്പ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനെ മോദി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ശിക്ഷിച്ചുവെന്നായിരുന്നു രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞ മൂന്നാമത്തെ കള്ളം. വിഷയത്തെപ്പറ്റി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ തന്നെ മുന്നോട്ട് വന്ന് തനിക്ക് ശിക്ഷ ലഭിച്ചില്ലെന്ന് വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയിരന്നു.

ഫ്രഞ്ച് മുന്‍ പ്രസിഡന്റ് ഓളന്ദ് മോദിയെ കള്ളനെന്ന് വിളിച്ചെന്നും റിലയന്‍സിനെ ഓഫ്‌സെറ്റ് പങ്കാളിയായി മാറ്റണമെന്ന് മോദി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുവെന്നും നാലാമതായി രാഹുല്‍ കള്ളം പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഈ ആരോപണം ഓളന്ദ് തന്നെ തള്ളി. ഇതേപ്പറ്റി ഫ്രഞ്ച് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഒരു ഔദ്യോഗിക പ്രഖ്യാപനവും നടത്തി.

കരാറിനെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള്‍ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനെതിരെയുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം കരാറിലില്ലെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ അഞ്ചാമതായി കള്ളം പറഞ്ഞു. ഫ്രഞ്ച് പ്രസിഡന്റ് മാക്രോണുമായി താന്‍ കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തിയെന്നും അദ്ദേഹമാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തിയതെന്നും രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞത് തള്ളിക്കൊണ്ട് ഫ്രഞ്ച് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഔദ്യോഗികമായി പ്രഖ്യാപനം നടത്തിയിരുന്നു. കരാറിലെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്ത് വിടരുതെന്ന് കരാറില്‍ തന്നെ പറയുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് മാക്രോണ്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

യു.പി.എ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്ത് റാഫേല്‍ കരാറില്‍ വിമാനങ്ങളുടെ വിലയെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിവരങ്ങളില്‍ പലപ്പോഴും രാഹുല്‍ പല വിലയാണ് പറഞ്ഞതെന്ന് ബി.ജെ.പി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. ലോക്‌സഭയില്‍ വിമാനത്തിന്റെ വില 520 കോടിയാണെന്നും കര്‍ണാടകയിലെ ഒരു റാലിയില്‍ വിമാനത്തിന്റെ വില 526 കോടിയാണെന്നും രാജസ്ഥാനില്‍ 540 കോടിയാണെന്നും ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ വിമാനത്തിന്റെ വില 700 കോടിയാണെന്നും രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. റാഫേല്‍ വിമാനത്തിന്റെ യഥാര്‍ത്ഥ വില എത്രയാണെന്ന് രാഹുലിന് അറിയില്ലെന്നും നുണ പ്രചരണം നടത്തുന്നതിന് നോബേല്‍ സമ്മാനം രാഹുലിന് നല്‍കണമെന്നും ബി.ജെ.പി പറഞ്ഞു.

മോദി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നടത്തിയ റാഫേല്‍ കരാറില്‍ നിരവധി ചടങ്ങളും നിയമങ്ങളും മോദി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ മറികടുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ വീണ്ടും കള്ളം പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ ഈ ആരോപണവും സുപ്രീം കോടതി തള്ളിയിരുന്നു.

യു.പി.എ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്ത് കൊണ്ടുവന്ന റാഫേല്‍ കരാറില്‍ ഒരു വിമാനത്തിന് 526 കോടി, 520 കോടി, 540 കോടി എന്നീ വിലകളാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ രാഹുല്‍ മോദി സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ട കരാറില്‍ ഒരു വിമാനത്തിന് 1,600 കോടി രൂപയാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഈ താരതമ്യം ആപ്പിളും ഓറഞ്ചും തമ്മില്‍ താരതമ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നത് പോലെയാണെന്ന് ബി.ജെ.പി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു. എന്‍.ഡി.എയുടെ കരാറിലെ വില മൊത്തത്തിലുള്ള സജ്ജീകരണങ്ങള്‍ വിമാനത്തില്‍ നടത്തിയതിന് ശേഷമുള്ള വിലയാണെന്ന് യു.പി.എ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ കാലത്തെ വില എന്ന് രാഹുല്‍ പറയുന്നത്. വിമാനത്തിന്റെ മാത്രമാണെന്നും ബി.ജെ.പി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.
Lie No.8: #LiarRahul said UPA negotiated price of Rs. 526/520/540 (one place, one price) crore per aircraft, while NDA settled for Rs.1,600 cr.
Analysis: Liar is comparing apples & oranges. Price negotiated by NDA is for a complete operational package; including Rafale aircraft.

രാഷ്ട്രീയ പങ്കാളികളെ സഹായിക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് ബി.ജെ.പി റാഫേല്‍ കരാറില്‍ ഒപ്പിട്ടതെന്നും ഇത് മൂലം വ്യോമസേനയ്ക്ക് ദോഷമുണ്ടായിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും രാഹുല്‍ പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രതിരോധ മേഖലയ്ക്ക് ശക്തി പകരാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് കരാര്‍ കൊണ്ടുവന്നതെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ബി.ജെ.പി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. വിഷയത്തില്‍ വ്യോമസേനയ്ക്ക് അതൃപ്തിയില്ലെന്നും വ്യക്തമാണ്.
